    Ich nutze die App mittlerweile seid fast 3 Monaten und bin super zufrieden. Im Prinzip wiederholen sich die Übungen zwar, doch die Kombinationen sind jeden Tag anders, auch der schwierigkeitsgrad ändert sich. Man kann auch einzelne Übungen oder trainings Einheiten nutzen und so die optimale auslastung raussuchen. Ich bin super zufrieden und sehe tatsächlich auch schon erste Veränderungen ??

    Coole App, leicht erklärt und effektive Uebungen!!!! Seit November am trainieren!!! Ergebnisse sichtbar ? Ich bin nach wie vor begeistert!!!!

    Die App ist leider nicht klug genug um zwischen art des workouts zu unterscheiden was dazu führt das z.B die Kardio Workouts viel zu einfach sind was dazu führt das dann z.B oberkörper schwerer wird wo ich aber noch gar nicht auf der gleichen stufe bin. Ebefalls ist das "Hart aber gut" "Viel zu Schwer" und "Viel zu Einfach" system nicht detailiert genug meiner meinung nach. Aber die app ist sehr gut gestaltet.
