    Apx 1.5 year back due to lot of junk eating and sitting habits in exam preparation i attained highest of my body weight 91kg. Nobody likes fat around body and i started with this app. I did exercises started with medium plan and couldn’t continue and restarted. This happened more than 5-6 time. This year i could do exercises I couldn’t even imagine like courtsy lunges coz i have a lot of fat in legs. I finally could be stayed at this apps workout and rigjt now i am in continuous workouts for more than 4 months. Ovio if i did go to gym i could attained my goals much easier. But I couldn’t affort it. So after making my own diet chart i have completed both of medium plans and both of hard 1 and 2 more than twice and i am perfect. Results are insane. I atleast loose more than 500 gms each week. And now i am today at 75 kg. According to my body parameters my perfect weight is 70 kg and i am Going to achieve that in not more than 1 month.
