Amazon Care is a hassle-free way to see a caring, licensed doctor or nurse. Skip the waiting room and connect via chat or video right away. Amazon Care treats all members of the family. You and your dependents just need to be enrolled in an eligible medical plan.

Download the Care app. Set up your account, and create accounts for your dependents. Then just tap “start a visit.”

At this time, your employer or health insurance provider must be signed up with Amazon Care for you to have access.

    Keep getting an error message with no offer of assistance. It's telling me "it looks like you're using a shared account. Please sign in with a different account or create a new one". My Amazon account is the same for the past 8 years!
