    This app is very useful to deal with stress, it helps you cope up with it very effectively and productively this app is very useful for high school students as being one I found it very helpful as every session that it included were very short, precise, effective and helped me get out of stress and would probably let anyone out too, this app is highly reco.mended form me to people who struggle getting out of stress and are fed up of this and really need break out of stress after their suffering
