    The app doesn't work. You try to find a baby sitter and it keeps sending you back to the home screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it still doesn't work. What am I paying for?

    Garbage app, continuous problems. Refuses to ever allow me to book a sitter, claiming I didn't add an address. My address is (and has been for months) in my profile and creating the babysitting job I confirm it is there, yet every time it errors out. Also can't edit job times if the sitter stays late/leaves early, can't Rebook a previous one-time sitter DESPITE A REBOOK NOW OPTION. Care's app AND site are literally the worst app/site I've used in my whole adult life, it's like a child made it.

    The app is awful and full of bugs. It is also difficult to use by design! Why don't they let you search for caregivers by name?
