This game is one of the best games I have played. I am a user who has played this game for 5 years and have loved all what the game brings to us players as in balance changes or clan war updates and regular maintenance. But there is something I need to make sure that the team know that after the most recent maintenance update the game seem to crash so often like I cannot even play a single game without it crashing and me starting over the application again. As CR is pvp based i lose most of my battles and 2v2 matches due to the crashing. The application does not seem to crash while watching matches or chatting in clan or anywhere else. It only crashes when you are playing games(both 2v2 and ladder). Please fix this as soon as possible. edit: the application does crash while watching matches too

I rarely right reviews on App Store but I have to write this one. So before I start my rant, I would like to say that this game has been made brilliantly. The gameplay, characters, animations, UI and overall feel of the game is just LITT!! BUT the matchmaking on ladder is just WRONG!! I either have winning streaks(due to easy matchups) or have losing streaks(due to hard counters) even when I am at the same trophies. This starts on day 1 of the season and continues till the very last day of season and then the same in next season. I have maxed out(or atleast level 12 cards) and can make 6-7 decent decks with them and same happens with each of them. On getting frustrated, when I switch decks, I get 3-4 favourable matchups but then the hard counters start. Anyone who wants to verify this, please go ahead and check via my player ID #JLLPURC9. Supercell, please fix this. Peace out.✌?

I just love the new update . Everybody got free chests on the day of the update and now even my clan can participate in clan wars. The matchmaking has also become much fairer than before in the leagues. The free tower skin was also good , much better than the original one . The emotes are soo good and there is an emote for everything ! I’ve been playing for 3 months now and this is the best game already for me . The strategically of this game is too good and I like overtime and tie breaker which just makes it fun and harder and I prefer competition in games . Every card is good if used properly except for Mortar . Please improve it. Except for that I have no other problems . This is a unique game and I’ve seen no other like it .

This game has progressed a lot from previous years having new levels and all but by what I have seen we have no longer good hardworking players , people are just buying battle pass and getting better cards, better stuff and ahead of how a regular player should be which gives them unfair advantage over people who reached the top by grinding and playing which I suppose something should be done against it, another problem I saw was people who are kicked out of clans do not get their reasons that why did he/she kick me out. One more topic I wanted to talk about and the game should take this into consideration is the not that great matchmaking, for example if I am level 10 then I should be against level 10 instead of level 11, What I have seen is if you have a level 11 card in your deck then you have to fight against whole level 11 deck player which makes it quite challenging also but sometimes unfair to people who have low level cards.

Game is very nice and I am playing from past two years or may be more. Off late, I am facing multiple issues while playing the game(either app gets closed or stuck or could see a wifi not working symbol), which lead to defeat from victory. These things are irritating and losing interest to play this game. I use very good internet speed(more than 50 MBPS). I read few reviews and see that many people mentioned about this kind of issues, but these issues were not fixed over the updates you provided. Not sure whether these are really bugs or some kinda hacking or etc. If these issues are not fixed in the next update, I am sorry I am gonna uninstall the game. I know it may not make a difference to you, but it makes a difference to me. Thank you.
