    Leeches! Every other month my bill changes for no reason, no explanation, or accommodation. Like I haven't been a customer for over a year paying the same price but all of a sudden.... SMDH Cox. Just WOW.

    agent not very informative. She may know her job, but was not very helpful in letting me know what I needed to do, or what was going on with my bill.
