    On le faisait sans appli depuis un moment avec ma meilleure amie, l'appli est un bon guide si on ne sait pas trop quoi dire et fait un rappelle ! En tout cas c'est un super exercice à faire tout les jours ! Ça n'empêche pas les jours "sans" mais faut faire pour rester positif le reste du temps ! :) 4* parce que je ne peux pas les partager en mode sombre même quand c'est actif (petit bug)

    Chouette application. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas ajouter des images pour compléter notre journée.
