This app includes copies of each session reviewed with your coach along with daily goals and checklists, and fun and easy-to-use tracking tools. These tools will help you to track your food intake, exercise, sleep, mood, weight loss, and more as you move through the program. The app provides virtual support from a team of health coaches and is designed to help you keep you on the path to a healthy and happy you.
