    Not what I was expecting at all

    I went to cancel my $12.99 monthly subscription because it was just too much money for the services & how often I use the app. I was offered a rate of $2.99 a month instead. This seemed fair to me so I agreed to this amount instead. Turns out I was getting charged the $12.99 a month AND the $2.99 a month! My $12.99 a month subscription should have been canceled by the Expectful app but it was not. So beware, if they offer you a $2.99 rate make sure they aren't still taking the $12.99 payment too
