    My at home personal fitness trainer. I highly recommend this to anyone who has the space to workout at home. There are so many classes and plans for all levels of fitness. After a hiatus of keeping fit, this app is exactly what I needed to get me back on track! My favourite trainer is Corinne she exudes fun and energy as if she's in person.

    Used it for a few years now. A large selection of trainers and hiit workouts/yoga/Pilates for all levels with or without equipment. I mostly use at home and display the app on my TV but also if you are away and want to workout, all you need is the space and your phone. It's a powerful tool to maintain the consistency with exercise that gives the best results in the long term. Moreover, the price is a lot less than the usual gym membership or trainer and you can start right away.
