When it said my filter had no life left, I didn’t believe it, until I checked!!!! It was almost black. Very accurate. Awesome product.

Do not call the number that pops up if you have an issue — you will have to listen to a guy tell you how great they are during the « outbreak » — they can’t even call it a Pandemic — and that you can’t use their filter material for making face masks. 5 minutes later if you do speak to someone your call may be monitored or recorded. When you do get to a guy he will have you call another number 1-469-391-9358. You are welcome: I just saved 5 minutes you would never get back again. After speaking a total of 15 seconds with the CSR, I can confirm that It is not possible to use the app without either providing a location for a smart air filter or by agreeing to share location. What is worse, when adding a filter, even though you are instructed to pair with the filter by Bluetooth, and pairing succeeds, if you refuse to share your location, or you do not key in a location, the app refuses to go any further and « locks » the sensor.
