Description
Use the Bluetooth Low Energy Radars and Sound Finder to find your missing hearing aids! Smart hearing aids are expensive, save money and time!:) Having the ability to check your phone for where your lost hearing aids might be hiding could save you some big headaches! To find your lost hearing aids, this app has FOUR APPS IN ONE to increase your chances of finding your misplaced hearing aid. THREE BLUETOOTH PROXIMITY RADARS: There are three radar functions to find your lost hearing aid using Bluetooth low energy proximity. These finders show hints, Bluetooth low energy signal strength, and estimate the distance between your phone and your lost hearing aid to help find it for you in no time! SOUND FINDER Use ten different alert sounds to find your lost hearing aids by sound detection. =>> Simply use the finding features to find the proximity of your lost hearing aid! NOTES: BLUETOOTH LOW ENERGY: The Signal Radar and Radial Radar work with any BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy 4.0 and up) smart hearing aid. Your lost hearing aid must have a charge and be transmitting a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) to be found with these two functions. BAR RADAR: This radar works very similar to cell phone signal strength but you can also use it like the game find the thimble. When you are far away you will see smaller blue bars, when you are very close you will see red bars because you are close! SIGNAL RADAR: The closer you are to your missing hearing aid, the higher the Bluetooth low energy signal percentage. Move around to increase the percentage and you will find your lost hearing aid very quickly! RADIAL RADAR: The closer you get to your misplaced hearing aid the further the radial indicator will move to the right. Once you can move around to get the radial indicator to move to the right the furthest as possible, then your hearing aid is very close, have a look and you will find it! Think find the thimble, it’s very similar to “Hot” and “Cold.” SOUND FINDER: You must be connected to your hearing aids in iOS Bluetooth Settings for the Sound Finder to play the sounds to your lost hearing aids. (Settings =>> Bluetooth =>> My Hearing aids, Your hearing aids must still be connected in My Hearing aids). A very interesting function of the Sound Finder is that you can TIME and LOOP each alert sound. You can loop them all at once if you like. What this means is that you can program how often you want certain alert sounds to play, and you can also combine the sound loops. This gives you an extra layer of comfort knowing that you can also walk around and look for your hearing aid by sound because the loops are automatic after you start them. You don’t have to walk around with your phone and you can also ask for help from family and pets to help you find your missing hearing aid by sound. This dynamic gives you extra laser focus to look for your lost hearing aid since you can program certain sounds to play every 25 seconds for example. Since you know when the sound when play and pause this gives you added targeting ability to find your lost hearing aid! SUPPORT: [email protected]

The app is a lot better than nothing, which is the utility my hearing aid manufacturer Phonak offers, and the fact that it is technology dependent, but not manufacturer dependent, is helpful. The locator meter seems overly dependent on the hearing aid’s level of charge (60% charge results in significant loss of locatability). Once I determined the general location, finding the hearing aid to only several minutes

After paying the $5+ for the app, the of program started by basically interfering with any operation with an overlay that says “unlock” clouding out the set up. With this overlay, none of the background Bluetooth id key presses worked except the “unlock.” Pressing that takes you to an upgrade for $14+ that says it will unlock the other two methods originally advertised as part of the location technologies. With that much apparent deception/ misdirection before even trying to start a search, I decided I would be a fool to continue. With the concern, I then looked at the privacy a statement. Truly “buyer beware” that raised mor flags. Product could be ok, but too many caution signals for me and I deleted and am now trying to scrub the installation. The first non Chailead developed app in the list cost $5+ and immediately located my hearing aid, though in a not too difficult to find location.

I lost my small hearing aids in the landscape gravel and some bushes I was working on. My wife and I spent hours looking. We could not find them. Bought this little jewel and it zeroed in on a spot and we dug in the gravel and presto! Found them in less than 4 mins. Amazing. Thank you! You saved me a fortune. And I have the app in case I lose them again. This app is amazing! Worth every penny ten times over! Something is wrong with the app now. It is taking too long to detect the location so you walk right past it. You have to sit the phone next to it and wait a couple mins for the dial to move. Not viable anymore.

I was working in my shop just after lunch. Then I got on my tractor and plowed for about 4 hours in a 15 acre field. It was getting dark so I came inside and ate dinner. Then I went to my recliner to sit down and relax. This is when I normally put my hearing aids in the charger. I reached for my right side hearing aid and it wasn’t there. No problem I turned on my “find my hearing aid app” and it said eeefound. I had a lot of steps to retrace. But as I approached the shop it said those sweet words “getting closer “ I walked on in and found it underneath an old Inner tube. So I have high praise for the app, it found my 3,000$ hearing aid. Thanks to whoever made this possible
