Customer service does not get back to you in a timely manner.It's frustrating that I might have to make payments on something I've returned.I've sent multiple emails regarding the situation and no one has yet to respond.It's going on 2 weeks! Very unprofessional.Update: they do not want to adjust payments on an item I've returned because I got the refund back from the merchant, but initially I'm still paying for something I don't have! Make it make sense! Other split payment app adjusts payments

This is a scam. I placed an order 2 weeks ago with the digital card they provided. They took money out of my account but my order was declined with the merchant. I reached out to FOUR 2 weeks ago with this issue. They took a day to return my email. The representative said my issue was being sent to manager. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't had any communication from FOUR. I tried to call customer service today and an automated message said no agents were available to take my call and hung up.

When I first started using this app it was good. I've made all my payments. There were orders I NEVER received that they took money from. Still won't give it back. I also had a 500 spending limit and then went to 400 then 350 now 94 dollars days between and they WILL NOT EVEN let me create a card for that price. It keeps giving me an error message. Honestly they do what they want it has so many glitches. Better off trying affirm or afterpay

I pay all payments that are showed due. I've had at least 6 additional payments come out that weren't showed as due and I can't even find the dollar amount. It's like I've paid over a hundred dollars in past couple days for what? I can't get customer service to respond, which they only do by email. This is ridiculous.

Horrible, this is a FRAUD COMPANY. Do not use. I created two cards that unable to use at Nordstrom and it's one the merchants on the Four app. There customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. They only respond by email and they literally will take 4 to 6 hours to back to you if they do at all. I'm paying for 2 cards because they will not correct there problem. In other I'm giving them money but not getting anything in return. THIS APP SHOULD B TAKEN OFF GOOGLE AND APPLE PLATFORMS!!!!
