    I was about to uninstall the app and started get jobs. I like Frayt because I can deliver more than order. I wish there were jobs in the area we deliver too. Also in the app after you arrived I wish could take the picture first and than sign. Easier......

    I started using the app in January. Now it’s March and I can count on my hands how many matches I have completed in that time span. Accept a match, drive to the pickup location only to be told the order was already taken. I’ve had multiple orders at the same time at one location cancelled. This also occurs at locations around the city. They are definitely aware of this issue thanx to me, it’s just not being addressed. You could make good money if it weren’t for all the ”phantom“ orders. The only good thing is they still pay half the fare for you driving to the pickup. Also, they state that you have 59 minutes to deliver, but if you have multiple matches one of them will be cancelled before the time limit. I’m not telling anyone what to do, I’m telling you how it is.

    This app should be redesigned. When going through the initial application process you are required to enter a lot of personal information. Initial information required- The Vin number of your car, your drivers license number, pictures of your registration, photos of your insurance card, Photos of your drivers license. This company will even send you reminder emails and text messages so that you can complete your application. At the end of the application process is when you are told that the service is not available in your area. This was a complete waste of my time. Location availability should have been available before starting the application.

    Rating system in the app works incorrectly. After delivering and picking up in time gave me a low rating as if I was not on time. I asked support to fix it - they said it has some errors and they can’t fix it manually. I asked what it is used for? Apparently it is useless. Support takes long times to answer (30+ minutes) . Payment goes through a third party app and if you want to get paid the same day you will have to pay a fee!!! Pathetic and unprofessional. Frayt - you are liars and IT+marketing oriented, not drivers focused and have never been in logistics business. Seems like your app was made by an IT student pumped with marketing money and here you are, hello :) I say goodbye to you and don’t recommend anyone who respects themselves use it.
