    I booked my first taxi and waited with my brother, the driver arrived saw the luggage and left without informing. Didn’t even receive my phone call. The next driver arrived after a few minutes, with a bigger car. We had 4 pcs of small bags, and this guy opened the back but was adamant that the luggage won’t fit. If he tried it would have easily fit because this was not the only part of the journey where we used a car. Then he asked ME to cancel the journey even though I didn’t want to. He said I will be refunded if I cancel it now and book another XL cab. So, without a thought I cancelled the journey and booked another XL while he fled. And to my surprise this app charged me again for the XL without even finding a driver. I wasted 15-20 minutes after a tiring and long flight journey. No cab and no refunds. Wasted time and money. I was charged an additional £2.25 for cancelling the journey I never took because of the scamming drivers and the misleading app. I was happy with Kapten earli...

    I use this app regularly and have always had a pleasant experience until the last time I booked for a cab nearly four times . The one time the cab driver arrived but took someone else instead and I was left hanging on a bad weather day to walk back home. Not able to allocate a cab for an hour and then the one that comes in , takes someone else and cancels the trip ! Very disappointing and unacceptable

    I have an 8plus iPhone and whenever I try to open the app, even in emergencies, it never opens. This never happened with MyTaxi app. I don’t know why did they even change the name for a non working app. It defeats the purpose. It’s beyond frustrating. Also I don’t like the logo.

    Absolutely terrible service in Milan. Taxis are almost never available when you need them! Drivers keep cancelling constantly and it’s extremely inconvenient. Will never use this taxi service again!
