    Searched through loads of different apps in my quest to find the perfect app but never quite achieved it. Most of the apps out there are just not what I call ‘visually appealing’. Yes you want the routines, the exercise demos and all the rest but you also want a clean, fresh app with some great looking instructors that actually inspire and motivate you to train. This app has it all! I’ve just signed up to Premium which I highly recommend. Guys can keep adding to the app please with new workouts and instructor routines. Big request! Can you add a directory / body map where you can view / add exercises by body part and build your own routines? So say if I wanted to just do chest, I could click on the chest part of the body map which would then link me through to the directory of chest exercises. Be great to see these exercises linking into the demos and vids for each body part as the video demos are fantastic in this app.

    This is a great app! Started using the gymshark train app a couple years ago when it had a subscription fee, then during lockdown it not only began to offer home workouts which I think everyone really needed back then, it dropped the fee and became free! It’s constantly evolved since then. Not only can you create and edit your own plans and sessions using the exercise library, you follow can also join plans from the LC coaches, members of the community, and some of the biggest lifters in the game (where else can you find Ross Edgley, Steve Cook and Ryan Terry in one place!?) From stretch days to HIIT, from body blasts to all out bodybuilding. And even powerlifting thrown in! It literally has it all, all accompanied with videos/guides on how to perform every move. Highly recommend ✌??

    Oh my god when I say this app is awesome this app is awesome!!! It’s been so good for me to be able to do at home workouts that require no equipment when I’m away or just want to do a quick workout somewhere that I can’t get the equipment I need. I love the videos as well it feels like I’ve got my own personal trainer with me as well when I’m at the gym and I don’t need to worry about trying to come up with a workout plan because it’s all there for me! The best part of it is that everything’s free and it’s so quick and easy to use! I really recommend this app to anyone who’s a new comer to workout outs or someone who’s experienced. Your guaranteed to find something you haven’t done!
