What is Workout Periodisation? Periodizarion is a research tested approach to training used by athletes & other physical competitors of every kind. Our auto-renewing monthly subscription plan gives full access to the app and all it’s functionality. A 3 month, 6 month or 12 month auto-renewing subscription plan is also available to the user, providing the same access to the app and it’s features. Following a free trial, your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase, and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.     It would be great if you could add at daily workout time of 15 minutes, that would be great, as I don’t have time for 30 min every morning - when at 30 and I quick before hand I feel like I am not reaching my goals
