    READ THE DESCRIPTION PEOPLE! "Field engineer service application" Means its not meant for you or me, you're dumb enough to download something without reading the description, then your problems are 100% your fault. Now, what pisses me off is they apparently took down their hp print service plugin without putting a full service plugin to replace it.
