    After planning a trip on my computer, sending via Bluetooth to my phone and then to the bike, I often get instructions to make u-turns long before I reach my destination. This seems to happen frequently.

    I’ve used this app to track all my rides for the past two years. It’s worked great, up to now. The app won’t open or allow me to view tracked rides. There doesn’t seem to be any method of getting support once the app crashes.

    Constantly having issues logging in

    Was using it to trace maintenance done but it self reset then have lost all data. No one seem to monitor the help section . So it become kind of useless to me.
