    This is a must for those of us whom enjoy making money and like games that seem the most realistic!! I think it's great. You can purchase shares of properties and parcels of land. Most places listed are actual places some even in your community. You can invest in the gas station you get your gas from! Or the lake on which you live! The firework stand that opens before Independence Day and New Years! It all your choice. You can pick what type of business(es) and location(s) you purchase. You can purchase property(s) in you city, town, or maybe go ahead and buy the shares or the whole city (town) itself. It's your choice to the way you invest and Regardless the amount of money you have you can break down business into tenths (0.1%) so there will be plenty of properties to invest. Choose your path and list your items on the marketplace where everyone can see them them make bids!     Terrific and fun. I have even made some in-app purchases- which is saying a lot! It’s based on a great idea to make use of your phone’s gps and all the reams of online information about real world businesses. Has a similar appeal as pokemon go, i guess, but not as overtly cartoonish. I love playing this one whenever I go somewhere new, or familiar, to see if i can score a cool property. And of course its satisfying to watch it make you some fake money- really appeals to the entrepreneurial spirit- I just wish I knew someway to get real money from it! To the developers- the game is fine as is, but by all means, do keep thinking of ways to improve it- for instance I have no need to see the top cities nearest me- they are all 100% owned and that doesn't look like its going to ever change here.     Hi I’m jake and I have recently come across this property tycoon simulator when browsing the AppStore. Before I had found this game I used to sit at school alone as I have social anxiety disorder, which makes situations when making friends very uncomfortable for me. However I while ago I found that gaming was a great way of spending my recreational time, taking my mind off my lack of social presence. However since stumbling across this game I have since found a new friend. With the feature of leaderboards I found people who also played in my area, after battling with a guy called Thomas for first and second place on the leaderboard I’m by local area I finally stretched the gap between us.     This game is really a fun, but only for those who have property business mindset. I appreciate the developers who are working all the time to make that virtual property tycoon thing more and more attractive. For example, I have been using this app now for three to four weeks and have observed consistent game offers to encourage the players in order to engage more with its business activities. The user interface is very easy to deal with. However, for new users it is still time taking to understand its full functioning. The other side of the game which need focus is that. The coins are still expensive to buy. In particular, the initial quality should be sold on a little bit lower price. In my opinion by doing that it will focus more users to buy and engage in the game. Secondly, as mentioned in the menu, free 100 coins for introducing new friends to the game.     I am glad to report that this game is honestly life changing. I’ve been suffering from anxiety and have recently gone into a deep depression since I have no friends. My dad left my mum when I was only 3. Due to this tragedy I was never able to play football or share that father son bond. My mother is poorly educated so she struggles to provide us with food on the table and has resulted to her stealing bread and milk from local corner shops therefore she is under threat of serving time in prison. I am being transferred to Colombia next week as my mother can no longer take care of me but fortunately I have been given an iPhone from my uncle.
