I love to walk to keep fit and it’s a bonus if you can collect data on the route etc. This app allows you to do so many things it’s amazing. It automatically maps your route using GPS showing the complete route when you’ve finished your exercise. It will also provide voice feedback on distance walked, pace, heart rate etc which is amazing. If you fancy music too it can play one of your playlists while walking. I wouldn’t ever be without it. Love it

I’ve been using the app for a number of years now, and am very happy with it, and it’s rare - nowadays - that it doesn’t work correctly on a run. What I do find annoying and very frustrating, is that it removes training plans when they are due to end and not when you have finished them.

Very good app when it works. But for some reason it often displays that I have ran much further than I actually have. I could run in a straight line there and back and it would show that I have ran all over the place and it would show that I did a speed of about 6 miles/min when it was only slow probably about 10 miles/min but I'm guessing because the thing has let me down. When it works good it's a brilliant app but now this crap is becoming more often and almost every day which is so annoying.

So I used to use the UA Record app which I found great. The current Map My seem to be geared towards running. The Map My Fitness app only has workouts for running. The Apple Watch app used to work, then it started to crash during a workout and wouldn’t quit and add extra workouts into the tracker. Now it doesn’t even load. There are a lot of activities that you can’t record, such as battle ropes, lying leg raises, using a step etc. Been very unimpressed by the customer services, most of the time they don’t even answer the question you ask.

I migrated over to this app from Record as it’s due to be discontinued and I’ve got to say I’m very disappointed. I don’t find it user friendly or intuitive and you have to upgrade for features I previously enjoyed for free. I am not able to properly track my progress, nutrition, sleep and even steps in the way that I used to with Record. Which is so important to me when I have big fitness goals I have to work to. And I especially dislike the explore feature, it’s an incoherent mess of people I don’t follow and their updates on workouts. If it’s suppose to be inspirational it’s not.
