We are responsible and safe drivers, but the price keeps going up! No explanation from Metromile, just higher rates. One of our vehicles has been driven about 10 times this year, and the base rate continues to climb. Again, no explanation, they just do it because they can. The price we are paying now is pretty much the same as normal insurance so there's really no point in having this service anymore.
