    As a mifi user this app is very good for me, I can view the data balance and make payment when due. I’ll just want to see future versions have low data notification, and for Airtel to improve their network service, which has been poor this past few weeks (hence why I’m rating it with 4/5 stars)

    Goodmorning I”d like to make a complaint about the quality of service which is very poor. I cannot access a customer service agent. Not sure if that department has been scrapped and if so, I haven’t been given a platform that addresses my complaint. I have issues with loaning credit. I do not or have never applied for credit loan yet in recent times, I am being given credit and then it is taken away when I recharge. How do I stop this in-necessary credit billing system. It is very wrong and bother on stealing from your customers.

    I left mtn for airtel due to poor service in connection and all. Unfortunately, same is happening with airtel now, I call and the other person doesn’t hear a word I’m saying or we both can’t hear each other or it’s all badly scrambled and all of these, you still get charged. Internet connection at its worst also since around Dec 2019. At times my phone won’t ring ones for like an hr and by the time the first call comes in later, they start asking why was my line off. Doesn’t make sense to be very honest. Hope you find sense in these and make or your errors.

    Whenever I try making an Airtel money payment it’s always telling me “could not connect to server, try again later” but then I get a text message saying that the transaction was successful? When I started using the app I tried 2 times to send money to someone and both times it told me same thing, but it deducted the money both times.. please fix this issue as a matter of urgency.. too afraid to use it regularity.
