View your ID card and share it with your doctor. VIEW CLAIM INFORMATION Check the status of your medical and dental claims and view claim details. You can also get cost estimates for procedures, office visits, surgeries, tests, and vaccines. Learn more about treatment options before you decide where to go. PAY PREMIUMS If you purchased a plan directly through BCBSAZ or an insurance broker, you can view and pay your monthly premium using your debit card or checking/savings account.     Thought I’d give the app a try since their website is slow and clunky. Well, app is about the same. Tried to pay bill and you can’t. App has some cool features but it needs to work. Not ready for prime time.

    This app should be taken off of the App Store immediately. It is nothing more than an extension of the website that takes 10 times as long to load as just going to the site directly. Information is not up to date; cannot find prescription medication coverage on the app even though it is listed as a service offered in the app on the description. Don’t waste your time and space on your phone with this app. Complete garbage. For as much as I pay for health insurance you would at least think that somebody would keep their patient services up to date...

    I downloaded the app about two years ago. The app seemed to work just fine until around the time of the most recent update. Now the app won’t open at all and it just stays on the blue “opening” screen. I also recommended my sister to download the app for the first time, and she had the same issue, which I am embarrassed about considering I recommended she download it hoping it would help her keep track of her claims, deductibles, etc. I am hoping this issue can be fixed immediately so that I am able to use it as it was intended.

    This application won’t let me log in sometimes, and I have to delete the app and download again. Other times it freezes in perpetuity and doesn’t let me access any of the information/claims I need to access. I wouldn’t recommend this app at all, you’re better off mailing your ID card to your doctor via carrier pigeon. Definitely needs an update, desperately. Furthermore, I believe it isn’t scaled appropriately to the latest versions of iOS.

    Still waiting for it to load as I type this review. Still waiting on the website to come up too! I truly regret switching to BCBS. Open enrollment can’t get here fast enough so I can dump this company. I can do NOTHING! Wow, just wow! Reading the reviews it sounds like everyone is having the same bad experience, yet BCBS hasn’t lifted a finger to try and resolve anything. It’s been over 10 minutes and still waiting on app and website to load. Unacceptable.
