Last thing I thought I would be dealing with is a broken right ankle. But, dog walking can be dangerous when they bolt to get to a squirrel. After a long ER visit I was in pain and worried about how I was going to stay active. I was stressed and in pain. When I called them I had an appointment with a doctor the very next day. Treatment options were discussed at length and we made informed decisions. The surgery went well and the follow up care has been wonderful. Interaction is always positive and helpful. Care and concern are a major part of helping me adjust to this injury and what will be needed to get back to being active. Thank you !

I needed information from my visit, instead of: calling and leaving a message; waiting for them to call me back…at a time I wasn’t in an area that I could actually answer; and wondering if they even checked the voicemail….. I got a reply at 7:30 PM that it was read and taken care of and they would send me the info immediately! And they did!!!
