Steps for correct installation.

Always make sure your watch is paired to your phone when installing. 
Pairing with Wi-Fi works best. You must also use the same Gmail account for Play store purchase and watch device.

When it says "installing soon" please wait at least 5 minutes then check your watch to see if installation is complete.

Another option is to install directly from your watch. 
Go to Play store app on your watch and search the watch face name "NXV01" then try to install directly from your watch.
 
Please note you will only get charged once even if you attempt to download again if you are using same Gmail account.

    I downloaded this face from my watch as the instructions said and the face still did not appear on my watch

    I love this watch face! It is my favorite so far and I don't see myself changing it anytime soon. Downloading was super easy so I'm not understanding why some others were having any issues with it. And I consider myself technologically challenged. This is my first Galaxy watch and this was the first and only watch face that I have. Like I said, it's beautiful and I had no issues downloading at all.

    Really pretty watchface, love the pastel colors. Works smoothly. And love the always on display, it's darker but still have spme colors in it.
