    The app has been unable to connect for the past day. Please get the service up and running again. We use this app extensively for our family and love it. We use it to to manage weekly chores and additional jobs around the house that our teenage kids can do to earn internet time. Other improvements I would suggest - the Reward Claims sometimes don’t refresh, and I need to restart the app to get claimed rewards to show up. Also, some of the repeating chores have occasionally lost the repeat configuration and just required configuring again.

    I’ve done all the things in the help section with setting permissions and changing passwords but my kids can still edit tasks, reassign point values etc. Is there a fix for this?

    Just uploaded this last night and the whole family was excited about it. We spent a couple hours setting it up but now none of us can connect or even log in. Not sure the issue but really would like it fixed.
