We have a package concierge service and they do not ever respond whenever you are having issues. It’ll take months. If even that. The lockers get stuck when trying to open multiple lockers.

I just moved into my new apartment complex in Dallas and they were excited to tell me about package Concierge. You can get you package 24/7 unless it’s too big to fit in the machine. I never planned on using this because I have all my packages shipped to my work because package thieves anyways. Well I had recently got a new credit card which was shipped to my new address. Being that it was a credit card I assumed it would be in my mailbox. It was sent through fed ex and just to receive my card I had to pay the $10 registration fee to access my card I had already paid for. This is a completely scam if you ask me. Maybe the blame lies on the apartment complex but I would assume that being luxury apartments that would just be one of the luxuries of living their. My last apartment kept them in the office which was fine for me. If I ever need anything that quickly I typically ship it to my work like most people do these days.

So I have to use this where I live, but guess what? If there's any issues, no one will respond to emails, don't answer their help line, when they call back the phone doesn't even actually ring before they hang up, and generally just take the money from building management and don't do anything. It's been 3 weeks since my issue began. I have literally not spoken nor emailed anyone at all as everything goes unanswered and ignored. The building I live in are fed up with them as well as it takes WEEKS to get a new account. We are starting a resident petition to get this crap removed. ETA: the system frequently breaks down and there app doesn't even work anymore. F this company.
