Description
Rehat is a break timer that keeps track when you start / stop working. Every time you complete a 25 minute work session - Rehat will notify you that it is time to take a break. Taking breaks will help re-energise your mind and reduce burn out. Your breaks can be of any length, 5 minutes / 10 minutes / 15 minutes, it is all up to you. Most importantly - your breaks should away from your Mac. Rehat observes your Mac inactivity. Rehat does not consider Facebook or Instagram on your Mac as a break. Breaks are only effective when done away from your desk - like going to the toilet, brew a cup of coffee or do 50 straight chin up push ups. Once re-energised, Rehat will wait for you to start your work again. Rehat doesn’t need you to tell it when to start or stop. Rehat will do its best to figure out when to start/stop the timer automatically. In fact, you can leave Rehat running all the time ( even outside of working hours ) Rehat is different from other timers because it doesn’t enforce you on a schedule. Other break timers often want their users to follow its cog works. Rehat does not have a schedule. You build your own schedule.
