    I loaded it on my iPhone 11 and it connected no problem. Worked fantastic with absolutely no problems. I tried to use that night.,when I opened the remote on my phone and it came on and then off quickly. I rebooted my phone tried it again and no luck. Excellent app just need to tell me what I am doing wrong.

    After the original download the app works great. Once you close it and try to reopen at a later time it will CRASH immediately! Then you have to delete it and then download it again! You have to disconnect after using it or the app will crash immediately after a period of time goes by. Waste of my time! Also some buttons don’t work. Example; the “red dot” is used to delete a recorded program. Pressing this button on the app remote does nothing….

    We lost our remote and this app is just what we needed to get off the hallmark channel. The only downfall is if you don’t disconnect from it then when you try to open the app at a later time it will crash and you’ll have to delete the app and re-download it. Other than that it’s great and does exactly what we need!
