    Everything works except that it will not chsnge channels

    My TV was recognized before I made the payment. After I paid it didn’t work at all. I tried all troubleshooting and asked for a refund but no one replied.

    The whole intent and purpose of this app is to serve as a tv remote in absence of my original remote. However this purpose is redundant if I can’t select allow on my tv with no remote.
