App is great when it works....occasionally some of the features are unresponsive or do not work. It is convenient for easy communication between parents and schools.

if you want an email or two telling you that you got an email, this is the app for you. thats my only complaint. my one question " is it hard for teachers and schools to use this app?", if not why is it not used for all communications?
