    I don’t like this setup for IPhone. It doesn’t load. There is not an app for ST Kids to download on iPhone. The only app is for the parents. Then there is no phone number for customer service to contact for help. I don’t understand why it takes 24-48 hours to get help. That isn’t helpful. Would not recommend.

    Works like a charm with our androids. I can pause her access any time, like when supper is ready, or we need to do chores, or she broke a rule. I set up several time blocks, so she can’t access her phone during school hours except to text me, and that it does work when she rides the bus, and when she has homework. Calling is always permitted, in the event of an emergency. With the monthly fee, I track where she is, like to determine how far away the bus is, or if she is playing at her friend’s house like she is supposed to be doing, or if they disappear to the swimming hole. I can block any particular app at any time. The only negative is that the web site tracking app only works with marshmallow or [something else] which we don’t have. She is probably too young to have a phone, but with this app I can control how and when she uses it. Can y’all fix the web site tracking?
