    Amex Serve has been an excellent tool for setting up subaccounts for my kids and giving them a prepaid card that I can help them manage. There are several national business that will reload your card for free - that alone is worth is own weight. Most card providers charge on average $3.95 - $9.99 per reload! It is accepted in most places, and the phone app is very functional, easy to use, and it's secure to use. You can send money to other Serve users and monitor your balances. It is awesome!
