Description
Slammer is a multi-sampled drum plug-in that contains 30 different instruments made from a very large number of carefully recorded and edited samples. Integrated custom-built real-time effects combined with some clever routing makes Slammer a versatile and flexible virtual instrument that is capable of rendering anything from natural acoustic to heavily distorted and compressed drum sounds. The audio engine consists of 12 separate instrument players that are mapped to different MIDI notes. Each one of these players can be assigned to any of the 30 instruments available and also provide a large set of individual settings like pitch, filtering, effect sends, decay time, velocity mapping, and more. There’s also a global “Dirt” section for distortion and compression, a reverb and tone control. The amount of “dirt” and reverb can be set individually for each instrument as well. To top it all off, Slammer comes with a set of factory presets, covering anything from light and slick to heavy and gritty. SLAMMER FEATURES SUMMARY • 30 multi-sampled instruments (such as Bass drum, Bucket, Metal Pipe, Crowbar, Snare and several more) using more than 2000 samples. • 12 instrument player slots with settings for: - Instrument selection - Gain - Pan - Pitch - Decay - Transient - Velocity Gain Curve - Velocity Range - Low Shelf filter - High Shelf filter - Reverb Send - Clean vs Dirty (Dry/Wet) • 6 different reverbs: - Natural Room - North Lake - Moonshine - Industry Floor - Wooden Cottage - Scrap Heap Mall • Compression and Dirt section with 8 different distortion algorithms • Plenty of factory presets • Internal user preset system • Global tone control Slammer now works standalone as well as an AUv3 plug-in compatible with any AUv3 compliant host such as Garageband, AUM, Cubasis, Beatmaker 3, Auria etc.

Not digging the synths from this developers but the drum apps stand out so much in a positive way among other available for iOS. Very organic, natural sounds in this one. Great in connection with Skaka.
