    I’m not one to heavily rely on one thing. But this became my one stop shop for everything BLW. It provided me with the guidance I needed to help my baby join us at the table. It provided me with the confidence to stand my ground with my approach using medical professional advice and information. And it helped me and my baby form a wonderful relationship with our meal times. I learnt how capable he was and it was such a gift to be able to trust him and have him be independent, watching him enjoy his meals. It definitely helped to navigate those trickier parts of mealtimes in a way that was constructive, and gave me useful tips on keeping baby engaged at meal times. We have such a wonderful little eater and o look forward to watching him navigate the toddler years with the same curiosity and interest in learning about new foods.

    Really grateful to have found the solid starts website/app/Instagram. Such an incredible font of knowledge, and definitely gives me the confidence to ween my baby. I paid for the subscription as my baby has allergies so I felt it would be useful to use the tracking feature- I’d love it if I could also log a photo via the app of each of my baby’s first tastes! It would also be nice to have a linking option so my partner and I can share feedback on baby’s tastes. The tracking feature is by no means essential and the free version of the app is so helpful!
