    Uninstalled immediately when I read the terms and conditions and saw "purchases" when there is no indication for in-app purchases on the app page. Please fix this.

    Company does not update firmware for older devices despite glaring bugs. Their solution: BUY A NEW ONE! At least 3 sometimes as many as 5 times a day I lose connectivity, requiring wifi cycling, signal scan or power off. This in a stationary application with solis V1r6. Signal strength not an issue. Cannot access the unit's router settings (locked out), suggest a longer LAN ip lease time or more frequent ping to keep alive on the WAN side may fix the issues.

    This is the worst idea of a WiFi you can get. Their service keeps cutting off when using the device in Europe. What's worse is just recently they sent an email to all their customers who bought the original Skyroam device saying that this useless puck will stop working due to 5G technology and that we need to pay another 125$ to buy the "new" Solis device to keep using the service. I just bought this device 2 years ago only. Stay away from this company. There are other products out there.
