    Never had any issues opening the app and ordering, until 2 days ago. Clicked on the app wants me to sign in, clicked the sign in & all it does is circle, never opens. tried uninstalling/reinstalling, didn't work. Called customer svc spoke to a very nice agent she sent me an email to reset my password & we took care of that. From there it seemed to have logged me in, but when I got off the phone with her & went back to the app, same problem. Guess I'll start using Dunkin' Donuts app?

    I can't seem to edit my order before checking out. Whenever I tap an item to edit in my cart.. the screen flases briefly before going back to my cart
