    The functionality of the app is good but the 1 star rating is because I have ordered for pick up through the app and the store not receive it. The app doesn't give smart options regarding issues with the store getting the order nor has chat support. It needs better options for reporting issues with the order at that time.

    Absolutely awful from the start. After going multiple rounds with the location settings I gave up and just searched the area. Finally got to the order area to place an order around half an hour later. If I want whataburger I can drive there, order it, and get back home faster than this app will work.
