    I use this app at work 5 nights a week, it has been clunky since it came out, I thought it would get better after a couple months but it's actually gotten worse. It has never synched well, (whether on WiFi or cellular data doesn't matter), to update ticketed guests lists for events, I'm forced to log out and back in, no face Id though, so that means typing in my entire email address and password every time i need the guest list to refresh with new ticket sales, there's no way to delete entire entries in the guest list search, you have to backspace & recently it's scanning tickets and appears to check them in, but it's not actually checking anyone in, so each time i scan a ticket i have to go back to the guest list screen and open the ticket ? manually check it in by opening it because there is no option to swipe a guest entry for check-in. & Sometimes, I click the back button and the app just closes. There's also no in-app help screen or support options or even just a way to inform the...
