    I downloaded the app, but it's not promoting me to set up an account. It's asking for email and password and then tells me that the "username and password combination is not valid". How can it be valid if I haven't set up the account yet?? Why isn't it prompting me to setup the account??

    I'm assuming the people who can't sign in are using the wrong app, this one is for commercial management only. Way better and faster than the old EMS app. It definitely needs to be able to filter thermostats by tags, major flaw. Fix that and 5 stars. Other than that I like it better.
