Description
Dynamics 365 for Field Service provides the cross-platform, multi-device Field Service Mobile application that is specifically crafted to the field service worker's needs. Robust offline capabilities allow field service workers to continue accessing and interacting with the data that they need when visiting remote destinations without internet connectivity. Field service workers can keep the back-office informed of work being performed in the field by periodically synchronizing data up to the server so that the proper actions can be taken or kick-started as appropriate. The mobile application is entirely customizable and extensible, allowing any organization to brand the application as its own, define what types of data field service workers can access, and much more.

    To call this service software "Junk" is being too kind. I have used 4 different software in my long tenure as a tech. But this software should not be used by any company that hvalues customer servuce. Technician' time management. Simply put. It is so innefiecient, archaic, poorly designed. Not to give Service Titan props (they have shortcomings,too) FIELD SERVICE IS THE WORST SOFTWARE I HAVE EVER USED. DO NOT USE IT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

    1. Slow. 2. Crashes. 3. Bugs. 4. Max upload 1x picture from gallery at a time 5. Maps work 30% of the time 6. No option to add a job for collection or delivering parts 7. Damage waiver not included 8. Syncs thousands of "something" all the time 9. Doesn't work where mobile signal is weak or spotty 10. Adds an average of 20 minutes to each and every job 11. Microsoft should PAY compensation to businesses who use this coded rubbish

    Doesn't work. After the sign in page it just shows a blank screen with a dark banner saying 'Field Service Mobile' at the top of the screen.

    I have problems with the Sharepoint Sync. Gets stuck on 96% and wont move

    App always crashing and syncing logging me out and using extreme amount of data even though I have unlimited data slows down after a 100gb ..improvements necessary
