Description
The Get Care App provides three capabilities for Veterans:

1. Pharmacy: Access information on your VA-prescribed medications. Describe how you are taking all your medications and treatments and how they are affecting you. Share this information with your VA care teams and/or use it for your own purposes.
2. Family Health History: Collect, organize and share information about your family health history. This can help you and your care team understand the conditions you are at risk for. You and your health care team can use this as you make decisions about care.
3. Pre-Visit Agenda: Share information about the issues you want to discuss during your upcoming VA appointment(s).

Get Care is designed to give you access to select VA services and allows you to share information with your VA care teams. Future versions of the app will provide additional capabilities (to be added after field test).
