    The App looks handy, a direct call customer care would be an added advantage. Should use often and shall update more about the App. This version update has made the App better. Now I was able to log in and do transactions. Hope this continues. If it works good further, will add another star to the rating. Rating reduces to 3 Stars was bcz of non Availability of the app for use for last 3 months.

    I wish the app made basic features work properly first before cramming in so many features(none of which work). I constantly get error codes and something as basic as transferring funds is not possible and I have to log into my computer web browser. I was expecting something robust considering money is handelnd over the app and now I’m skeptical to even use it. Edit: I am speaking about the NRI account

    Just the app is pretty good, has most needed features. What kills it is the stupid requirement to send a sms,making it useless for iPad. They could just make it receive an OTP to verify mobile number instead of sending the sms from device to ICICI.

    I appreciate your efforts for bringing up feature of UPI payments for NRI with NRO account linked with Indian number. But practically how is it feasible? Its harder to maintain Indian number in another country with problems related to network and sms notification. May be OTP App for will be a probable solution.
