    Was told the bot become intuitive based on the FAQs written. Have found that is not the case, and has created a disaster for my business, because the bot did the opposite of what clients were asking for. Therefore missed new client opportunities and a few clients freak out on me over the new service. Tried to cancel and still have not received a response from anyone, so I’m being charged. I do not recommended, just hire a virtual receptionist.
