    Pedi duas vezes usando o aplicativo e nenhuma das duas chegou. Além disso, é muito difícil entrar em contato com o restaurante.

    Foi feito o pedido e não recebi. Já tem 1 hora de atraso do limite estipulado no app. Sendo que o restaurante é perto. O pior de tudo que não possui nenhum canal para se comunicar com o restaurante que foi feito o pedido. Tentei pelo WhatsApp, porém o número é controlado por máquina onde só pode ser feitos pedidos. Não consegui falar com o 0800 e não moro em sp para ligar para o outro número informado. Sem suporte algum para quem está pedindo. A essa altura parece que nem vão entregar, porque diz que está em trânsito a pelo menos 50 min.
