The Reveal ELD Logbook app is designed for businesses that use the Verizon Connect Reveal fleet management software, and helps drivers of heavy duty vehicles comply with FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) regulations.



The Reveal ELD Logbook app gives you:



• Extensive HOS rule and exception support, including state and federal rulesets.
• ELD compliance.
• Configurable clocks for displaying different daily, break and cycle limits (or time remaining).
• Warning and alerts for approaching violations or break completions.
• Inspector mode for roadside inspections.
• The ability to schedule repairs with driver vehicle inspections reports (DVIR).

Please note: A data connection is required in order to use this app. This app requires a Bluetooth connection to the Verizon Connect Reveal hardware installed in each vehicle. It sends HOS data from your mobile device back to the Reveal system when connected to Wi-Fi, a personal hotspot or over a cellular data connection.

    After latest updat will move to on duty status when you reopen the app after closing the screen. Now I have dozens of one minute on duty moves on my logs while I've been driving.

    Our fleet has used Reveal for 7 years for ELD and GPS. All was OK (just OK) until they made the switch from 3G to 4G. Repeated attempts to schedule an installer to upgrade our 10 vehicles in a timely manner failed. Months passed and we remained out of compliance with federal regulations, so we were forced to move to another vendor to avoid fines. During this time, they auto-renewed our contract so we're now paying for two more years of non-functional service. Watch your contract(s).

    Doesn't stay connected since Android removed always-on location connectivity. Had to reinstall the app to even change status and that kept me on the drive line for an extra half hour, translating directly to lost time/money. I know I can call customer service to change, but this has happened too often lately to warrant good standing. Physical ELDs are significantly more reliable than Bluetooth connected in general.

    This is in response to the developers response. You shouldn't have to go on duty from the driveline just to go off duty. That's stupid. Also I just love how it keeps sending me notification of unidentified driving when I switch from off duty to sleep at berth. Oh I just love that you can't edit or delete a dvir as well as right in the middle of a 34, I added a SB log entry only to mess up my 34. This is an internal software error because the graph shows that I'm off duty for 34. Uninstalled!!!!
