    The app and watch works even though I have an iPhone. There is one feature which I know only works on Samsung which is quick reply but that is understandable. However, one problem is the find my phone feature. It only gives me a normal notification and if my phone is silenced or on do not disturb it won’t work. Even if they are off I get a normal notification vibration and it does not repeatedly make the siren-like sound. It only makes the sound when my phone has the app open. It also keeps disconnecting

    Having the same issue as the review from 8th Jan. I have an iPhone 7 and a galaxy fit e. Tried all of the solutions in the developer’s response, which provides no more help than simple google-able tips. Which include 1) using the latest app version 2) reinstalling the app 3) connecting from the app without connecting Bluetooth first, though at this point I tried another way around as well. Stuck on the pairing screen each time. The app recognises the wearable, spins a while trying to connect and just goes back to the initial screen. Very disappointing as I was excited about this present I received. Update: I was able to connect my devices together by initially connecting my fit e to my mum’s Samsung. Then unpairing them. After that, I was able to connect to my iPhone 7 with no issues. I had this idea as to “wake up” the watch. Still quite disappointing none of the developers suggested this here or on the web.

    Love this watch, good battery life and like the notifications for texts etc (when it works), it’s a bit hit and miss though so that’s why I’ve put 4 stars. The step counter is good and it even reminds me to get up and move around. Lots of features and different face choices, a handy alarm and weather for your area. All in all it’s a great watch, easy to use apps and so much cheaper than other high brand ones but has some of the same features.

    Please stop hijacking my calendar every holiday or Brtisih summer time change, for the entire day i cant view the date on here. I chose this watch for its many features, one of them being the calandar, but sometimes you hijack it with words telling me what i already know, telling me what the watch will do automatically. Stop hijacking the calendar. You deleted my previous review, which was comprehensive. Please remove the feature which keeps telling me to 'get moving' and 'inactive for an hour', hijacking my screen. I look at the watch to see the time and im forced to interact with it to remove this crazy notification to 'get moving'. This feature interferes with my ability to use the watch. Besides these highlighted issues, i like the watch and its app very much. I like its many customisations. There are fewer features available now than when i bought it because you removed them. Otherwise, good. It is a very comprehensive and reliable product. I am using it constantly.
