I suppose this app works fine if you I have a repeat order from the same location. But if you’re trying to find a Waba Grill while on the road, this app is perfectly useless. No idea why they would bother having a store locator when you can’t click on it and order from that store. Just tried that while on my way through Apple Valley, couldn’t manage to have the app help me order from the location right off the freeway even though that’s the one I selected. Instead somehow ended up ordering from the one that is 15 minutes out of the way. Come on, guys. I should be able to select a location on the map and not have to compare street addresses. Had to decide if it was even worth the $12 I already spent to drive that far out of my way. It also apparently makes you re-enter your payment information if you’re ordering from a different location. Please get it together guys. I could have just googled the location and called in my order. That would have been much easier and more efficient, which...

Service fee to order from the app that I didn’t notice until ordering a few times. Did not know the specials weren’t available on the app. After hearing customers order and getting a better price, I was annoyed. Thought it would be convenient to order before I left, but now, I’m irritated.

It’s a greatly structured, but my only concern is in the app or website there are not macros for the items on the menu so you can’t really track macros unless you go to a website that’s states them which could or could not be accurate. What would make this app and the website even better is to add a nutritional facts to them aswell as a nutritional calculator for dieters or people who are curious in general. Also being able to choose between portion control for example being able to have less rice or more, or extra chicken or less chicken something like that would be great.
